I followed the instruction for formatting the SD card and setting date, time, image frequency and camera ID. I set each camera within the recommended distance and have captured awesome pictures of animals near my bee hives. I have attached to this review an infrared image taken at night of a skunk checking out the bees. I have pictures of a rabbit, rat and raccoon during visits to the hives. None have bothered the bees yet! The cameras have captured hundreds of pictures over a three week period. The SD cards (32 gig) still have 29 gigs available even when using highest definition. I check the cards weekly and have yet to delete any photos. So the 32 gig cards will not be full for months. The only Unknown is battery life. It is fun to see the animals and know if I need to increase beehive protection. May buy more came... More
