1. Check if there are any stains on the lens.
2. Please ensure that the distance between the projector and the screen/wall is within the effective range of 1.5 - 4 meters.
Then, adjust the focus wheel and observe the effect.
3. If you are using a white cloth as the projection background, the cloth may have wrinkles.
Would you mind trying to project onto a flat white wall or a professional projection screen? After that, adjust the focus wheel and see how it looks.

If the problem still remains unresolved, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a video to help us better understand the situation.

Absolutely, here are two methods:
1. Navigate to the Bluetooth settings on the projector. From there, search for available Bluetooth speakers and complete the connection process.
For your convenience, please refer to the attached picture for a visual guide.
2. The projector comes with 3.5mm audio jacks. You can simply plug in a pair of headphones or an external speaker with a 3.5mm audio cable into this jack.
This allows you to enjoy audio through the connected device.

Here are some suggestions we'd like you to try:
1. First, replace the batteries with a new set. Sometimes, weak batteries can cause the remote to malfunction.
2. Check if the remote receiver window on the projector is blocked. If there's any object obstructing it, kindly remove it.
This could be preventing the remote from communicating with the projector.
3. Ensure that you're not too far away from the projector when using the remote. If the distance is excessive, the signal might not be received properly.
Try to stay in close proximity to the projector while operating the remote.
