☟ How to connect the camera to the APP?

1. Download the App: Please download “CloudEye 365” from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Confirm Your Router’s Network: Ensure your router operates at a 2.4 GHz frequency (some routers support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). This is related to your Wi-Fi network, not cellular data. You can confirm or set this after logging into your router settings. For more details, refer to this guide: 2.4 GHz vs. 5 GHz Wi-Fi Networks.

3. Reset the Camera: Press the reset button on the device for at least 5 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating it is restored to factory settings. Wait until the camera stops moving before proceeding.

4. Connect the Camera to the App: Open the app, tap “+ (Add Smart Device)”, and scan the QR code on the camera.

5. Live view on the App: Then you can see the live view and control the camera via the APP.


☟ How to delete videos in the APP?

We apologize, but the app does not support deleting individual videos.
You can format the memory card through the app, but please note that this will delete all videos.
If you wish to delete specific videos, you'll need to remove the memory card, connect it to a computer using a card reader, and manually delete the videos one by one.

By the way. The alarm messages in the event can not be deleted.
hese thumbnails are retained in the app's cache data, and the thumbnails in events will be automatically cleared after three days.
If you want to delete specific videos. You can format the memory card in the APP, but this will delete all the videos saved in the memory card.
Or you can read the memory card on the computer by a card reader to choose the single videos you want to delete.
