2. Charge the device using a USB cable connected to a DC 5V adapter or a power bank. After charging, attempt to power it on once more.
3. Check if the USB cable is functioning properly, and confirm that the cable is securely plugged into both the device's port and the computer's USB port.

Could you please troubleshoot step by step as follows?
1. Before first use, format the TF card through the device's System Menu.
2. Check that the TF card is inserted correctly and meets the requirements (Class 10 is recommended, with a maximum capacity of 128GB).
3. Try using a different TF card to rule out issues with the current one.
4. Test playback on another computer to see if the lag persists.
5. For smoother playback, copy the video files to your computer first before playing them.
