1. First click Android. Auto
2. Turn on Bluetooth and WIFI on your phone, and use Bluetooth to pair with Carplay screen.
3. Wait for 5-10 seconds before the connection is successful.
Note: Android system 11 or above is required to use it, and the mobile phone must support 5G-WIFI

2. Turn on Bluetooth and WIFI on your phone, and use Bluetooth to pair with Carplay screen
3. Confirm Carplay
4. Wait for 5-10 seconds before the connection is successful.
Note: It requires an iOS system 7 or above to use, and the mobile phone needs to support 5G-WIFI

Could you please try the following advise to see if we can get the issue solved?
1. Please first check if the Bluetooth module installed in your car is exclusive to phone connectivity (i.e., not compatible with audio).
If your car doesn't have a Bluetooth module for audio, CarPlay won't be able to detect or connect to it.
If you're unsure about the car's Bluetooth module type, we recommend contacting your car dealer for confirmation.

2. Under normal circumstances, you can follow these steps to connect: Turn on Bluetooth, search for your car stereo's Bluetooth name, and complete the pairing. Once paired successfully, audio should play through the car stereo.

3. If the connection still doesn't work, please try restarting your car and attempting the pairing again.

Please use Bluetooth to connect to the car audio.
