1：How fast can I get my order delivered?

The shipping takes around 5-8 days by domestic shipping if you're from any of these countries below where we had warehouses set up:

USA, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan.

We ship through DHL Express, UPS, Canada Post, and other shipping modes to ensure fast delivery of your order.

Shipping to all other countries not mentioned above will take 10-20 days.

 

Customs tax terms

Taxes for importing goods/services may be charged and regulated by the local country. We are not responsible for covering the import tax on its products or services and Customs clearance. The tax fee may differ regarding the different import taxation policies and countries. For more information, please contact your local representative. All returning costs caused by failure of receiving the packages/products will be covered by the customer.

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, etc. generally do not require tariffs, other countries may require tariffs.
