The screen saver is set to activate after 30 seconds.

We hope this information helps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

☟ What Type and Capacity of MicroSD Card Should I Use?

For the best performance and reliability, we recommend using a U3 or higher microSD card from a reputable brand with a capacity of 32GB to 128GB.

The device supports microSD cards with a maximum capacity of 256GB.

☟ How Do Segment Recording and Loop Recording Work?

This camera supports both segment recording and loop recording.

With segment recording, you can set the length of each video clip to 1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes. The camera will continuously record and automatically save the footage as separate video files based on the selected clip length.

For example, if you select 1 minute, a 30-minute recording will be saved as approximately 30 separate one-minute video files.

When loop recording is enabled and the memory card becomes full, the camera will automatically overwrite the oldest video file and continue recording.
This process will repeat as needed, allowing the camera to record continuously without requiring you to delete files manually.

Please note that any important video files should be backed up before they are overwritten.

We hope this explanation helps. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

☟ Why is there only a 2.5K option and no 4K option?

In Video Mode, briefly press the Wi-Fi button on the camera to switch between landscape and portrait orientation.

Alternatively, in Video Mode, press and hold the M button to enter the settings menu, then select Horizontal/Vertical Switch to change the orientation.

Please note that the camera supports 4K recording in landscape mode and 2.5K recording in portrait mode.
